At Ariesnet our work product is intelligence, and we deliver it over networks.   After years of renting expensive office space and asking our employees and contractors to waste precious time commuting, we broke free of the ‘matrix’ and became early adopters of the virtual team model.  We created a flexible, dynamic and very professional environment that leverages all the benefits offered by a home office structure.  We work mostly at our home offices, occasionally on client sites, and for quarterly and project meetings, at one of our network of executive office suites across the country.

     
Our team members are free to focus on their individual contributions and meet together only when it’s most effective.  Ariesnet team members build strong collegial bonds with one another – even participating in “water cooler talk” via our online collaboration platform!  Culture, community, systems, process all pervade the company, but in a new way built upon a strong fabric of collaborative technology.  From fancy peer-to-peer workspace tools to the good-ole telephone. In short, we’ve established one of the most effective, organized, professional and functional virtual office structures anywhere in the business world. 

Freelance, sometimes, part-time, or full-time – at Ariesnet, when selected you are a vital member of the team.  Our tiered team structure offers a variety of options for the talented:

Leadership: Ariesnet features a team of industry-leading web experts. Responsible for leading the company and directing web projects, our leaders cover the gamut of industry knowledge necessary to deliver any web-based business solution.

Core team members: At the core our team is a group of individuals who know how to get things done. Culturally aligned Project Leads, Strategists (business analysts), Technologists (programmers), Creationists (designers), Synergists (interface developers) and other senior-level professionals deliver world class web-based business solutions. Our core team members work a full schedule and have been with us for many years as employees and regular contractors.

Extended team members: Providing deep technology specialization to the Ariesnet team are our extended team members. They include specialized designers, multimedia developers, online marketing experts, writers, database engineers, administrative assistants and other team members who add unique value to our clients. Extended team members, depending on their expertise, work on a continuing or project-to-project basis.

Usually, team members start out on the extended team with some test projects and work their way through client success, trust-building and time to more involvement with Ariesnet.
